    Caramel Apple Cake

Apple Spice Cake With Caramel Drizzle

    This cake looks absolutely heavenly!

If you're not a big fan of tons of icing (like me!) this naked cake is a great choice. Leaving the outside of the cake un-iced means it's quicker to make and easier to assemble. It also lets the delicious layers of apple spice cake shine through.

Besides - with all that caramel drizzle, who needs a load of icing?
