Refunds for Digital Goods Not Yet Downloaded
Don’t worry – if you haven’t downloaded your items yet, you can still change your mind!
I get it – sometimes you make an impulse buy and find something more perfect 5 minutes later. Luckily for both of us, I can see what’s been downloaded and what hasn’t. As long as your files have not been downloaded, I will gladly offer an 100% refund for 30 days after your purchase.
To request a refund, just send me an email at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, reason for refund, and make sure you DO NOT download the files before making your request!
Refunds for Digital Goods Already Downloaded
Once you’ve downloaded your items, I have no way to know whether they’ve been used or not. Unfortunately refunding downloaded digital goods makes fraud incredibly easy, I cannot offer refunds on digital goods that have already been downloaded.
I do stand behind my products 100% though. In the unlikely event that you feel a digital product was misrepresented, or is defective, please let me know. I will gladly work with you to come to a resolution – happy customers are very important to me!
To request a resolution for a product you’ve already downloaded, just send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, and describe the problem or issue you’re having. If it’s software related, it’s also helpful to include the software name and version you’re using, so I can help troubleshoot!
